Renderosity is a new effort by Renderosity.com to bring a wider variety of news, features and artists not only to the Renderosity community--nearly a million strong now-- but to a wider audience of digital artists and enthusiasts, both professional and amateur.
After having to close the (very successful) original print version of Renderosity many years ago, the urge to get back to creating a news and art never left the Renderosity team. So after many months of planning, we are very proud to share with you our first Renderosity online .
Our goals are simple: to bring you the news, stories, conversations, artists and tutorials that are interesting and relevant to the modern trends and techniques in digital art. The focus has always been on the artist and their work. Unlike other online s, we want to introduce you to new artists both from Renderosity and from the CG community at large. And we want you to be inspired by our stories and articles, inspired enough to start creating works of your own-- if you are a first-timer. And if you are a professional, perhaps you'll gain a fresh perspective on how to create what your imagination conjures up.
